Construction Steel Rebars

Our suppliers are resellers or steel mills from Turkey (Direct from Mill) for the following material Mill produce rebars from 8mm to 32mm with length of 6 and 12 meters. Standards are BS 4449-1997 Grade 460B, ASTM 615, TS and IS at most but mill can also produce other standard cording to client’s purchase.

Used Rails

Used Rails ISRI R50-R65 are ferrous metal scrap processed in railway yards and used by steel mills as raw material and are classified by ISRI code. The prices on used rails are higher because it is of higher quality steel than metal scrap HMS. We export used rails on terms CIF according to INCOTERMS 2000 with a minimum order of 15,000 MT per shipment.

The scrap consists of R-50 (51, 67 kg/m) R-65 (64, 72 kg/m) Used Rail ISRI 27-29

HMS 1&2

The Scrap consists of a mix of mill scrap (stampings, cuttings, bars), industrial scrap (nuts, bolts, misc. pieces), auto and truck frames and bodies, railroad scrap (wheels, axles, parts of locomotives and carriages). Ship scrap (fittings, plate pieces, parts), construction scrap (plate, bars, angle pieces, rods, steel pipes) and miscellaneous commercial scrap (appliance casings, frames and parts). The scrap will be free from toxic chemicals, radioactive materials, inflammables, explosives, organic matters originated from animals or plants with danger of epidemic diseases and medical waste. The scrap will also be totally free from bombs, arms and ammunition, mines, shell, cartridges, sealed containers, gas cylinders, explosive shells or explosive materials in any form. The non-metallic impurities will be 1% or less of the total contract quantity.

ELISON INC. and its suppliers/manufacturers deal only with serious buyers. Therefore we require your LoI / ICPO together with BCL and Soft Probe Allowance to start the procedure.

Standard section tee rails, original weight 50 pounds per yard or heavier, 10 feet long and over. Suitable for re rolling into bars and shapes. Free from bent and twisted rails, frog, switch, and guard rails, or rails with split heads and broken flanges

Continuous welded rail may be included provided no weld is over 9 inches from the end of the piece of rail.

(28A) Rail, Steel No. 2 Cropped Rail Ends.

Standard section, original weight of 50 pounds per yard and over, 18 inches long and under.

(28B) Rail, Steel No. 2 Cropped Rail Ends.

Standard section, original weight of 50 pounds per yard and over, 2 feet long and under.

(28C) Rail, Steel No. 2 Cropped Rail Ends.

Standard section, original weight 50 pounds per yard and over, 3 feet long and under.

(29) Rail, Steel No. 3.

Standard section tee, girder, and/or guard rails, to be free from frog and switch rails not cut apart, and contain no manganese, cast, welds, or attachments of any kind except angle bars. Free from concrete, dirt, and foreign material of any kind.

(204) No. 2 heavy melting steel.* Wrought iron and steel scrap, black and galvanized, maximum size 36 x 18 inches. May include all automobile scrap properly prepared.

(205) No. 2 heavy melting steel 3 feet x 18 inches. Wrought iron and steel scrap, black and galvanized, maximum size 36 x 18 inches. May include automobile scrap, properly prepared, however, to be free of sheet iron or thin gauged material.

(206) No. 2 heavy melting steel 5 feet x 18 inches. Wrought iron and steel scrap, black and galvanized, maximum size 60 x 18 inches. May include automobile scrap, properly prepared, however, to be free of sheet iron or thin gauged material
